To be a nurse coach means dedicating yourself to making a difference in the lives of others. This group coaching program is wholeheartedly committed to nurturing nurse coaches, fostering their skills as coaches, and ensuring their financial success as entrepreneurs.

In this 6-month program, you'll experience real-time learning on how to expand your coaching business and achieve greater financial success. Our approach emphasizes service and deep conversations through connecting.

From the moment you join this program, is when your dreams start to shape. We have to put in the work to make that happen. When we are first building our businesses or when we are growing to a new level, we need to identify the new mindset and the new habits needed to create the desired success based on the hours we’ve allotted to grow our business.

Action is the core of my teaching. From the very beginning, you'll be taking steps forward, receiving coaching support as you progress. I don't believe in passive observation; I encourage active participation, even if it feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable. This program is not about discussing business growth; it's about who you are being, learning through action, and doing the work.

Perhaps you are a nurse coach who has either self-learned or gone through a nurse coach certification program. Your background could be in Landmark Education, 3Ps, Hypnotherapy, Byron Katie, Integrative Health Nutrition, or any other coaching modality, and all are embraced. The essential requirement is your passion to master the art of coaching and your commitment to achieving financial stability, leaving behind any feelings of inadequacy or frustration. In this profession, it's crucial not to judge yourself or your abilities negatively. Self-compassion is the key.

HOW WE WILL SPEND OUR TIME TOGETHER DURING LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS

During class time, the experience will be characterized by active engagement, coaching and fun. Nurse Coaches will have opportunities for individual work, collaboration in small breakout rooms, and collective involvement in larger groups. The learning process will encompass coaching demonstrations, informative discussions, interactive small group activities, engaging large group exercises, and personal moments of introspective reflection.

MEASURING YOUR RESULTS

Each month, nurse coaches will send an email containing a brief report 1 week before each class session. This assignment will support participants in taking responsibility for and reaching their specific financial objectives, which will be set at the start of the program. Nurse Coaches will receive in-depth coaching and feedback on monthly reports.

This program requires you to create a monthly action report, where you'll monitor connections, invitations, conversations, proposals, and billings. What doesn’t get tracked can’t be measured. What gets measured, gets done!

Engaging in reporting can be a pivotal factor for many nurse coaches. Observing, analyzing numbers, and assessing progress (or the absence thereof) is a vital aspect of becoming a proficient business owner. For numerous coaches, this process might be uncomfortable. A lack of results in terms of revenue can trigger feelings of shame or self-doubt regarding their ability to thrive in this industry.

This is indeed positive news - when these situations arise, it offers a chance for personal growth. Professional coaches aim to develop inner strength, enabling them to objectively assess their business's performance without attaching personal significance to it. It's crucial to remember that our worth as individuals is not defined by our numbers; instead, these numbers represent information regarding our efforts and our level of commitment to our business.

Throughout the reporting process, you will receive coaching support to navigate both the successes and setbacks. Ultimately, you'll have the opportunity to utilize reporting as a tool for both your personal development and your external achievements.

That gap is creating a thriving nurse coach business and the ability to effectively create paying clients. As an EMyth business coach and participant in the CFJ Coaching Success School, I can fill that gap.

I’ve found ways to make online learning more powerful than inperson. You save the time and expense of travel and commuting. It's better for you and better for the environment, too!

  • You are in the mindset of creating a significant number of followers via social media and marketing as a way to create clients. Note - there’s nothing “wrong” with this - it’s simply not what this school is about, and it’s not what we have seen consistently work although for some it has!

  • You are opposed to slowed down, intimate conversations with people as a way to build relationships and connections, and ultimately as a way to create clients.

  • You are opposed to strategy, have-to’s, and “shoulds” when it comes to the art of enrolling clients.

  • You are wanting to create income via online coaching offerings (there’s no judgment on this, this school simply won’t serve your needs!)

  • You do not like learning, practicing new behaviors, taking risks, and being uncomfortable.

  • You are unwilling to take personal responsibility and make choices regarding your work such as fees,

    program structure, etc – you want to be given the answers and be “told what to do.”

  • You are opposed to being held accountable to what you say you want.

  • You prefer to struggle and strain vs. earn a stronger income.
